- Data stored locally on devices is encrypted.
- Optional cloud storage via Apple iCloud is subject to Apple’s encryption and data practices.
- Audio and image files are hashed using SHA-256 for integrity verification.
- Access to the App can be protected with Face ID / biometric security.
- We retain data only as long as necessary for forensic, legal, or contractual obligations.
6. Data Processors & Third Parties
We may use third-party services (e.g., Apple iCloud, Google Analytics) to provide our platform. All third-party processors are GDPR-compliant, and data is never sold.
7. Cross-Border Transfers
Your data may be stored or processed outside the UK or EU (e.g., Apple iCloud). When doing so, we ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place, such as:
