For the initial enquiry, describe what evidence is available rather than attaching large volumes of data. We can then confirm the safest and most appropriate way to provide material for examination.

- Avoid deleting, resetting, cleaning or reorganising potentially relevant data
- Do not edit screenshots or remove surrounding context
- Do not email large or sensitive evidence bundles before transfer arrangements are agreed
